Switchgear system and electrical substation distribute energy from a central source to individual devices. The container is designated for emplacement of switch boxes or transformers. Typical for the distribution container is a double floor in which all underground lines are stored. Cable transitions are solved through openings in side walls enclosed by pull-on car covers. The frames of openings are, together with adapter elements, certified to meet gas proof transition requirements. Other equipment may be ventilation openings protected by roller blinds and baffles.
